New Collection: Cozy Plaids and Chic Shapes for Fall 2018

We are happy to share with you the launch of The Sleep Shirt's Fall 2018 collection. This season is made up of a selection of chic and cozy sleepwear inspired by the dark winter skies of the Swedish countryside and the textures of traditional handwork. Perfect for around the home and bedroom, the collection includes a selection of dark fabrics in tones of navy and grey, rich touchable textures and our favourite classics.
For Fall 2018 we designed the a new shape we called Two Pocket Sleep Shirt. Structured with a button down front, a sleeveless dropped shoulder and two large front pockets, this shape is a favourite of our design team. Shown above in White Linen, the shape embodies the versatility of our sleepwear. It's the perfect piece not only as a lightweight nightshirt, but can double as a perfect beach cover-up or day dress.
The season’s new nightie it the Dropped Waist Nightie, a simple nightie with a delicate racer-back and a gently gathered skirt. Shown above in Navy Twill, our new super soft dark blue shirting.
Another fabric we added to Fall 2018 is Navy Boucle, a beautifully rich, deep blue Japanese cotton with a boucle texture.
Plaids always make an appearance in our fall and winter collections, and this season’s pattern is a mix of navy and cream we called Overcast Plaid, woven in Japan.
We are pleased to present The Sleep Shirt's first metallic cotton, a delicate semi-sheer white shirting with a fine lurex stripe, called Gold Stripe.
Other new materials include the Spock Cotton, a blue geometric textured pattern woven into an off-white cotton shirting. Shown above on the Sleeveless Sleep Shirt, a redesigned shape we brought back for Fall 2018 by popular demand.
As with every collection, the classic nightshirt shapes and the new designs are available in a variety of fabrics, including the classics: Blue Oxford Stripe, Pink Oxford Stripe, White Seersucker, White Cotton Stripe, and a variety of linens.
